Junior Business Applications Support Specialist

• Up to 3 years of hands-on experience in an IT support, ERP administration, or business intelligence role. • Bachelor’s degree in business information technology (BIT), Computer Information Systems (CIS), Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent technical field. • Hands-on experience with ERP support (SAP Business One / SAP-B1 strongly preferred). • Proficiency in report writing and BI tools, including Crystal Reports, SQL queries, and Power BI. • Experience with dataset creation, data modeling, and data preparation. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, a strong collaborative team player mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
