Job Description
WATEEN Information Technology is looking for a motivated and qualified Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Amman.
Core Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Support / IT Support
• Good knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
• Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, etc.)
• Good knowledge of firewalls and cybersecurity solutions is a MUST
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and security-related issues
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must own a car and have a valid driving license
• Willingness to visit customer sites when required
