PROTEI is hiring a Technical Support Engineer in Amman to install, configure, monitor, and support telecom systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and participate in 24/7 support rotations.
Core Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
• Basic knowledge of Linux, SQL, and networking
• Familiarity with SIP, SS7, SMPP, or Diameter is a plus
• Strong communication skills and willingness to travel when needed
• Currently residing in Amman, Jordan
