Job Description
Al-Methaleiah for Capacity Building and Empowerment is seeking a Team Leader with national experience to strengthen green skills in Jordanian industrial enterprises as part of an internationally funded project aimed at improving resource efficiency and sustainability.
Core Requirements
• University degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Education, Human Resources Development, Environmental Management, Sustainability, Industrial Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of general professional experience in project/programme management, private sector development, capacity development, or industrial programme implementation.
• At least 7 years of specific experience designing and managing industry-oriented training programmes based on market and sector needs.
• At least 5 years of leadership or management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in the MENA region, including 2 years in Jordan.
• Experience designing and overseeing at least 3 industry-oriented training programmes, including one involving internationally recognised certification.
• Arabic C2 and English C1 proficiency.
