Job Description
Al-Methaleiah for Capacity Building and Empowerment is seeking an Industrial Skills and Training Expert with national experience to design and manage green industrial training programmes as part of an internationally funded project aimed at improving resource efficiency and sustainability.
Core Requirements
• University degree in Engineering, Environmental Management, Industrial Management, Sustainability, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of general professional experience in industrial management, resource efficiency, environmental management, or TVET.
• At least 7 years of specific experience designing and managing industry-oriented training programmes, including international certification selection, company-specific training, and cohort-based delivery.
• At least 5 years of project experience in Jordan.
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more of RECP, Circular Economy, ISO 14001, ESG, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Arabic C2 and English C1 proficiency.
