Job Description
Saber Khoury & Sons is looking for an experienced Sales Manager in the FMCG sector to lead and develop its Personal Care division in Jordan. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, leading the sales team, expanding distribution, managing key accounts, and analyzing performance metrics.
Core Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in personal care, beauty, hygiene, or related categories.
• Proven track record in sales management and team leadership.
• Strong experience in both modern trade and traditional trade channels in Jordan.
• Established relationships with key retailers, wholesalers, and distributors are a strong advantage.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and analytical capabilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
