Job Description

Principles is looking for a Design Manager (Architect) to lead architectural, interior, and engineering design teams, ensuring design quality and coordination from concept to construction. The role involves reviewing drawings, coordinating with authorities, and presenting design packages to clients.

Core Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture • 12–15 years of experience, with a proven record leading design teams • Classified as Head of Specialty (Architecture) • Strong experience in building, fit-out and interior projects • Solid knowledge of local codes, authority approvals and design standards • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with BIM coordination experience • Excellent leadership, coordination and client management skills • Excellent English, with strong presentation skills • PMP or a design management certification is a plus
