The company is looking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor/Manager to oversee preventive maintenance operations, improve equipment performance, and manage KPIs.
Core Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, or 3 years in multinational companies.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics engineering or related field.
• Experience in preventive maintenance, equipment performance improvement, and KPI management.
• Practical knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Ability to analyze failures, downtime costs, and improve spare parts management.
• Experience in drafting maintenance procedures (SOPs) and developing electrical maintenance programs.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
