Core Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential villa projects, with proven structural skeleton work
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings
• AutoCAD proficiency
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying and BOQ preparation
