Core Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Practical experience in HR
• Full knowledge of foreign labor recruitment procedures
• Valid Occupational Safety and Health Supervisor license (General Safety)
• Good knowledge of Jordanian Labor Law and related regulations
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
