HR Manager in a furniture manufacturing company in Amman responsible for developing HR policies, full-cycle recruitment, payroll, performance appraisal, employee relations, and workforce planning.
Core Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team‑lead capacity in manufacturing industries.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Jordanian Labor and Social Security laws.
• Proven track record managing full‑cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Hands‑on experience running payroll and statutory deductions (SSC, income tax) in Jordan.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
