Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations, compliance, employee relations, compensation and recruitment across our head office, warehouse and store teams.
Core Requirements
• A bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Law or a related field (a master's or SHRM/PHRi/CIPD certification is a plus)
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years as HR Manager or Head of HR leading a team
• Multi-site experience in retail, distribution or FMCG with 150+ employees
• Deep knowledge of Jordanian Labour Law, Social Security and Ministry of Labour requirements
• Strong HRIS and advanced Excel skills (HRIS/ERP implementation experience is a plus)
• Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken
• Integrity, sound judgment, attention to detail and the confidence to challenge requests that fall outside policy
