Job Description
A well-known restaurant group in Jordan is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead and develop the HR department, improve employee efficiency, and ensure the implementation of policies and compliance with Jordanian regulations.
Core Requirements
• 5 to 6 years of practical experience in HR management.
• Previous experience in the restaurant or F&B sector in Jordan is mandatory.
• Training certificate or accreditation from MenaITech with strong experience in MenaME and MenaPay.
• Advanced knowledge of Jordanian Labor Law and Social Security.
• High leadership and organizational skills.
• Valid driving license and a private car.
