Al Wefaq Jordanian Automotive is seeking an Aftersales Manager to lead the aftersales team, achieve revenue and profit targets, and grow parts and accessories sales.
Core Requirements
• 6+ years in automotive aftersales, including at least 5 years in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Proven record of managing aftersales P&L, service operations, and spare parts.
• Strong understanding of warranty processes and manufacturer standards.
• Experience with luxury, hybrid, or electric vehicle brands (preferred).
• Very good command of Arabic and English, strong reporting and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong leadership, customer focus, and commercial judgment.
