The company is seeking a BIM Mechanical Modular Engineer to develop and manage 3D BIM models for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting), prepare coordinated shop and installation drawings, develop modular solutions, coordinate with architectural, structural and electrical disciplines, perform clash detection, and produce material take‑offs and BOQs.
Core Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in BIM mechanical design and coordination.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Experience in modular construction and prefabrication is an advantage.
• Strong coordination and problem‑solving skills.
