TVET Reform Expert – TVET Systems Development

• Expertise in TVET policy reform, governance, institutional development, and national qualifications frameworks. • Experience in competency-based education and training, curriculum development, quality assurance, accreditation, and skills certification. • Proven experience supporting national TVET reforms, improving institutional performance, and aligning training provision with labor market demands. • Advanced university degree in a relevant field. • Preferably 10 years or more of relevant professional experience. • Demonstrated experience in donor-funded technical assistance and institutional reform projects. • Previous experience working with government institutions, international development agencies, and education or TVET stakeholders. • Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills. • Experience in Jordan and/or the MENA region will be considered an advantage. • Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
