Job Description
Seeking a NOC Engineer to provide technical support for network services to enterprise and SMB customers, monitor network performance and incidents, troubleshoot connectivity and security issues, and work in a 24/7 shift-based environment.
Core Requirements
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Networking or IT field
• CCNA certification is preferred
• Good knowledge of Network Security concepts
• Fortinet NSE4 certification is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Ability to work in a 24/7 shift-based environment
