Extensya is looking for a Technical Support professional specialized in Angular and .NET in Amman. The candidate will provide application, database and integration support, handling both voice and non‑voice inquiries.
Core Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Angular and .NET (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
• Experience in application, database and integration support
• B2+ level English proficiency
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle voice and non‑voice support
• Availability to start immediately or within 2 weeks
• Willingness to work rotating 24/7 shifts
