Core Requirements
• 8+ years of retail experience, including at least 3 years in store management
• Proven background in fashion retail
• Strong track record in achieving sales targets and managing store KPIs
• Experience leading, coaching, and motivating a sales team
• Solid knowledge of visual merchandising, stock control, and customer experience
