The company is looking for a Service Advisor for automotive customers in the After Sales team. You will welcome customers, identify their service needs, conduct vehicle inspections, coordinate with workshop teams, update customers on service status and costs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Core Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in automotive aftersales or service advising.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Dealership experience and OEM training are an advantage.
