Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to manage IT infrastructure, systems administration, network operations, and end-user support.
Core Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or IT Infrastructure.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, and Windows Server.
• Strong networking knowledge, including Cisco, VPN, SD-WAN, and Firewalls.
• Experience with endpoint security, IAM/PAM, vulnerability management, and ISO 27001.
• CCNA, MCSE, or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
