Job Description
Seeking an Application Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in .NET and Angular to provide application, database, and integration support. The role involves handling both voice and non-voice support and working rotating 24/7 shifts.
Core Requirements
• Strong hands-on experience in .NET and Angular
• English Proficiency: B2 level or above
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Application, database, and integration support experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work rotating 24/7 shifts
