Core Requirements
• 4–7+ years of public or outsourced accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong GAAP knowledge, QuickBooks Online, AI and automation tools
• Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines
• CPA license or candidate status (preferred)
