Job Description
The drugstore warehouse in Amman is looking for a Sales Supervisor for the Skin Care department to lead the sales team, achieve strategic goals, and increase market share in the pharmacy sector.
Core Requirements
• At least 3-5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role within drug warehouses or cosmetics and skin care companies
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent leadership skills, team building, problem solving, and decision making
• Advanced presentation, communication, and persuasion skills
• Own a private car with a valid driving license
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Proficiency in computer programs and CRM systems
