Job Description
Engicon is looking for a Proposal Specialist to prepare technical and financial proposals, review tender documents, and manage RFP schedules. Responsibilities include compiling reports, maintaining the RFP database, and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
Core Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Chemical, Civil Engineering, Management, Business, or related field.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
