Job Description

MENARA Partners is recruiting on behalf of an international client for a healthcare technology program in Amman to oversee program delivery, manage senior government and healthcare stakeholder relationships, and lead local and distributed teams.

Core Requirements

• Jordanian nationality. • Fluency in Arabic and English. • 10+ years leading complex programs, technology implementations or digital transformation initiatives. • Direct experience delivering programs with Jordanian government health entities. • Experience delivering healthcare technology systems, such as HIS, EMR/EHR or HIE. • Working knowledge of HL7 v2, FHIR and core HIE concepts.
