Job Description
Seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, supervise teams, ensure efficient resource utilization, and drive continuous improvement.
Core Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, including supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and workplace safety
• Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is an advantage
