Job Description
Islam Rahhal Design and Execution is hiring a BIM Engineer / BIM Modeler in Sweileh to work on federated models, BIM coordination, clash detection, and extracting engineering drawings from Revit.
Core Requirements
• Proficiency in BIM software, especially Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
• Ability to perform clash detection between engineering systems
• Preparation and coordination of federated models
• Working with generic models and model parameters
• Preparing and extracting AutoCAD and PDF engineering drawings from Revit models
• Executing BIM coordination tasks
• Experience in 3D modelling and detailed design
• Knowledge of 4D and 5D parameters requirements
• Familiarity with COBie parameters data

Employer: مؤسسة إسلام رحال للتصميم والتنفيذ
Work location is Amman – Sweileh, opposite the new Civil Status department. Working hours are Saturday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please send CV detailing practical experience and mastered software via email. Salary will be determined during the interview.
