A specialized door manufacturing company is seeking a Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations and supervise the iron and metal works department at its plant in Zarqa, Jordan. Responsibilities include production planning, quality control, and team management.
Core Requirements
• Hands‑on experience in sheet metal fabrication
• Experience managing and supervising the iron department throughout all manufacturing stages
• Ability to oversee production departments and organize workflow
• Strong quality control experience with implementation of standards and product inspection
• Capability to manage teams, assign tasks, and monitor employee performance
• Skill in production planning, schedule tracking, and meeting delivery deadlines
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues, improve efficiency, and reduce waste
• Leadership, organized personality, and responsibility for decision‑making
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field
• At least 10 years of production management experience, preferably in metal or door manufacturing
