Private Sector Engagement Expert – PPP for Employment-Oriented Education and Training

• Expertise in public-private partnerships (PPP) and private sector engagement in education, TVET, and workforce development. • Experience developing employer-led training programs, work-based learning, apprenticeships, and industry–education partnerships. • Proven experience strengthening linkages between education and training institutions and labor market needs. • Advanced university degree in a relevant field. • Preferably 10 years or more of relevant professional experience. • Demonstrated experience in donor-funded technical assistance and institutional reform projects. • Previous experience working with government institutions and international development agencies. • Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills. • Experience in Jordan and/or the MENA region will be considered an advantage. • Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
