Job Description
Chocolate Lake Company (Chocolak) is hiring an Organizational Development Specialist to prepare organizational structures and job descriptions, develop KPIs, implement performance appraisal systems, and update HR policies.
Core Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least three years of experience in organizational development, preferably in the industrial sector
• Practical knowledge of performance management, job description development, job analysis, KPI design, performance appraisal systems, and HR policies and procedures
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in both Arabic and English
