Operations Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field • At least 5 years of practical experience in operations management, preferably in industrial factories • Experience in plastic factories and injection/blow molding processes is preferred • High leadership skills in team management and inter-departmental coordination • Ability to perform operational planning and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Knowledge of quality control, occupational health, and safety procedures • Ability to improve productivity and reduce waste and operational costs • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
