We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations and ensure the reliability of CNC machines and automated production lines at an industrial plant near Amman.
Core Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of industrial maintenance experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience with CNC machines, automated production lines, robotics, and PLC systems.
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience in MEP works and maintenance management.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Membership in the Jordan Engineers Association.
