Junior Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. • Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft Infrastructure and System Administration. • Good understanding of Active Directory (AD), including Users, Groups, OUs, Permissions, and Group Policy (GPO). • Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server administration. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online. • Good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and cloud identity concepts. • Basic understanding of Windows Server, system security, permissions, and access management. • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud computing concepts. • Basic knowledge of PowerShell is a plus. • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. • Strong willingness to learn and develop a career in Microsoft Infrastructure and Cloud technologies. • Completed or currently pursuing relevant Microsoft training/certifications (e.g., AZ-900, MS-900, AZ-800/801).
