MOSTAQBAL is seeking an IT Officer to provide technical support, manage daily system operations, and train staff.
Core Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or technical troubleshooting.
• Preferred certifications: Cisco (CCNA/CCENT), Microsoft certifications, Cybersecurity Fundamentals, AI platforms.
• Advanced proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server, hardware maintenance (desktops, laptops, printers), and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls).
• Experience with Identity & Access Management (Active Directory, Azure AD), virtualization and cloud (VMware/Hyper‑V, Azure/AWS), and security/compliance (antivirus, backups, patch management).
• Familiarity with modern AI platforms and tools.
• Soft skills: analytical thinking, customer service mindset, clear verbal and written communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and teamwork.
