Job Description
The company is looking for an Industrial Engineer to analyze and improve production processes, develop work methods, monitor performance indicators, and apply quality and continuous improvement principles in a foam and mattress manufacturing plant in Mafraq.
Core Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• At least one year of experience in factories or production lines (experience in foam or mattress factories is an advantage)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with preferred knowledge of data analysis software
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
