Human Resource Development (HRD) Expert – Education Sector

• Expertise in HRD policies, strategies, and systems for educational personnel, including teachers, trainers, school leaders, and education administrators. • Experience in workforce planning, competency frameworks, professional development, performance management, and institutional capacity building. • Proven experience designing and implementing HRD reforms, teacher professional development systems, and training needs assessments. • Advanced university degree in a relevant field. • Preferably 10 years or more of relevant professional experience. • Demonstrated experience in donor-funded technical assistance and institutional reform projects. • Previous experience working with government institutions and international development agencies. • Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills. • Experience in Jordan and/or the MENA region will be considered an advantage. • Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
