HSE Manager

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and management systems. • Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, international standards, customer requirements, and company policies. • Conduct regular HSE inspections, risk assessments, and audits covering fire safety, electrical safety, building safety, occupational health, and environmental practices. • Develop and monitor HSE training programs to ensure employee awareness and competency. • Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and occupational illnesses, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. • Oversee fire prevention and emergency response plans, ensuring proper inspection and maintenance of fire protection and emergency equipment. • Monitor environmental compliance, including hazardous waste management, air emissions, wastewater, and stormwater requirements. • Ensure workplace hygiene, occupational health surveillance, and appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
