The construction company is looking for an HR Manager with extensive experience across all HR functions to handle planning, recruitment, performance management, training, payroll, and policy development.
Core Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of practical experience in HR
• Full knowledge of Jordanian Labor Law and Social Security
• Familiarity with Ministry of Labor and General Organization for Social Security e-portals
• Comprehensive experience in HR planning, recruitment, employee affairs, performance evaluation, training and development, payroll and benefits management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage HR team and oversee all operations
