Core Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in Human Resources and HR management.
• Previous recruitment experience for technical/IT roles and the E-Commerce sector.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and employee benefits administration.
• Working knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficiency in HRIS or HR-related software and MS Office.
