Gender Expert – Gender-Transformative Approaches in Education and TVET

• Expertise in gender-responsive and gender-transformative policies, strategies, and institutional practices in education and TVET. • Experience in gender mainstreaming, gender analysis, women's economic empowerment, and addressing gender barriers in access to education, training, and employment. • Proven experience developing gender action plans, institutional capacity-building programs, and gender-sensitive monitoring frameworks. • Advanced university degree in a relevant field. • Preferably 10 years or more of relevant professional experience. • Demonstrated experience in donor-funded technical assistance and institutional reform projects. • Previous experience working with government institutions, international development agencies, and education or TVET stakeholders. • Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills. • Experience in Jordan and/or the MENA region will be considered an advantage. • Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
