Job Description
The company is looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer with hands‑on experience building, shipping, and maintaining production systems, strong front‑end and back‑end skills, and expertise in AI technologies such as agents, RAG, and automation.
Core Requirements
• 3–7 years of software engineering experience
• Proven experience building, shipping, and maintaining at least one real production system
• Ability to clearly explain architecture, technical decisions, and trade‑offs
• Strong Full‑Stack development experience
• Hands‑on experience building with AI technologies, including AI agents, RAG, and automations
• Actively using AI coding tools as part of daily workflow
• Demonstrated adoption of AI in engineering work within the last 1–2 years
