Job Description
Dynamics Innovations is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Business Analyst / Functional Consultant to join their team and contribute to digital transformation projects. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, conducting workshops, and translating requirements into functional solutions.
Core Requirements
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement
• Strong business analysis and functional consulting skills
• Good understanding of CRM business processes and best practices
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse is an advantage
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work directly with customers and project teams
