Field Marketing Specialist

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field • At least one year of experience in field marketing or sales • Valid car driving license • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills • Ability to attract new clients and build sustainable professional relationships • Skill in preparing marketing presentations and introducing company services • Willingness to conduct field visits to target companies and institutions • Ability to prepare reports, follow up with clients, and schedule appointments • Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word • Good planning, organization, time management, and teamwork skills • Professionalism, commitment, and ability to achieve marketing goals • Ability to create client databases and track new contracting opportunities • Preferred candidate from Amman
