Job Description
Trasimeno Coffee House is looking for an F&B Sales, Inventory & Procurement Planning Analyst to optimize performance across its growing network of branches. The role involves analyzing sales trends, forecasting demand, and managing inventory using Odoo ERP and Foodics POS.
Core Requirements
• 7–10 years of experience in multi-branch F&B or retail operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP, particularly Inventory and Purchasing modules.
• Strong knowledge of Foodics POS, Advanced Excel, and Power BI.
• Proven experience in demand forecasting, inventory planning, procurement analysis, and sales profitability.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
