Job Description
The company is looking for an Executive Director to lead business development initiatives, oversee corporate and retail banking activities, and strengthen the institution's commercial performance.
Core Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• 8+ years of relevant experience in banking or financial institutions
• Strong background in corporate banking, retail banking, corporate financing, or commercial finance
• Proven experience in sales management, business development, and revenue generation
• Good understanding of SME financing, credit assessment, and risk management
• Previous experience in Islamic banking or financial institutions is preferred
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
