Director of Social Care Department

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Humanities, Business Administration, or related field. • At least five years of experience in charitable or social work, including administrative or supervisory roles. • At least three years of experience in project management and preparation, writing projects and grant applications. • At least three years of experience coordinating and dealing with donors, grant-making institutions, and international organizations. • Fluent written and spoken English, preferably with TOEFL or equivalent certification. • Advanced skills in strategic and operational planning, needs analysis, budgeting, and reporting. • Ability to build effective relationships with institutions, donors, and partners, and develop institutional partnerships. • Excellent leadership and managerial skills, ability to manage teams, make decisions, and design performance.
