Job Description
Minerets Tech Company is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to handle project implementation, respond to customer queries, troubleshoot technical issues, and prepare technical documentation.
Core Requirements
• BA in computer science or a related field.
• 1-2 years overall technical support experience / implementation.
• Good command skills on databases such as MS SQL server and MS windows.
• Good command skills on frontend and backend applications.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues.
• Strong interpersonal communication and verbal/written English skills.
• Knowledge of different software applications and portable hardware.
• Ability to travel to KSA when needed.
• Valid driving license and passport.
