Job Description
Bank of Jordan is seeking a Relationship Manager to prepare credit appraisal reports and approval memos for syndicated and structured finance transactions, conduct financial analysis, and support loan market activities.
Core Requirements
• • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline
• • Minimum 5 years' experience in syndicated finance, structured finance, project finance or corporate banking
• • Strong knowledge of LMA documentation, syndicated loan processes and closing mechanics
• • Financial modelling and credit analysis skills
• • Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic
