Supply Chain & Procurement Director

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven senior leadership experience in supply chain and procurement. • Experience with NGOs, humanitarian organizations, or international development organizations is preferred. • Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, tender management, contract negotiation, and logistics. • Solid understanding of procurement governance, compliance, and documentation. • Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with ERP systems and supply chain performance reporting. • Professional certifications such as CIPS, CSCP, or CPIM are an advantage.
